- Metal tools are cleaned, disinfected and sterilised in a class-B autoclave after every client – you'll see us open the sealed pouch.
- Files, buffers and foot-bath liners are single-use or yours to keep.
- Dust extraction at every station and regular airing – hardly any acrylic smell.

Good to know
What's the difference between shellac, BIAB and gel?
Shellac is a coloured polish lasting 2–3 weeks – great for healthy natural nails. BIAB is a flexible builder gel that strengthens soft nails and lets them grow. Gel or acrylic extensions add length with tips or forms.
Can I walk in?
Yes. On weekdays the wait is usually 15–30 minutes, longer on Saturdays. With an online booking you're seated right away.
How long does BIAB last?
About 3–4 weeks. Then we refill instead of removing everything – gentler on your natural nail.
Do you remove other salons' work?
Yes – add the extra “Removal of other salon's product” (+15 min, €10).
Can I pay by card?
Yes: debit, credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash. Tips by card are fine too.
I'm pregnant / diabetic – can I get a pedicure?
Yes – please mention it in the booking note. For diabetic clients we work blade-free; for medical foot care we recommend a podiatrist.
Do you speak English?
Yes – Linh, Thu and Jana speak English; the whole team speaks Vietnamese and German.

If you're more than 15 minutes late we'll shorten or reschedule the treatment so the next client doesn't wait.
No-shows
After two no-shows without notice, future bookings need a €10 deposit (credited to your bill).
